Returns Policy Excluding Clone Items and Clearance Items
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Clone Items
Please note as clearly stated in item descriptions, where items are sold as clones they are sold "as is" possibly unserviceable therefore there is no return or refund on clone items.
Clearance Items
Many Clearance items are new and are sold with the normal returns policy. However, please note as clearly stated in item descriptions, some items are sold in Clearance "as is" (e.g. old stock, end of line etc.) possibly unserviceable therefore there is no return or refund on these Clearance items.
