1) Goods Not Arrived?
Believe it or not we have no control over what happens to goods once they are in the distribution network . If your goods don't arrive please give it four or five working days after the "predicted" date before contacting us - the Royal Mail actually doesn't count mail as lost until 15 working days after dispatch!

 

2) Why do some of my packs look different  from the photographs?
Manufacturers change their pack design from time to time and, as we tend not to use "stock" photographs, there can be some time before we have chance to up-date our images.

 

3) Not Happy?
If you have an issue with one of our products PLEASE contact us  - we really will try to work things out
